Kid無量山純米吟醸

This is the second time I have had Kido Muryozan, but this time I feel it is better than before.
Was it because it was well preserved? Is it the difference in the time of preparation?
Anyway, it is fruity, easy to drink, and goes down the throat smoothly. The aroma is fresh and clean.
There is another Junmai Daiginjo called Kido Junmai Daiginjo 45 in the same price range, but I recommend this one.
It is 50% polished rice, though.
According to the brewer, Muryozan is special among Kido's products, from the manufacturing process to the rice.
It is delicious.
