drinking at home Origami, white. It has a subtle aroma of lactic acid bacteria! When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gentle gas and a sugary taste with a moderate sweetness. The clear sweetness is similar to that of a sports drink, and it makes the sake go further. It is irresistible!

At a synchronous house. Straightforward sweetness, this is a muscat feeling. Lingering bitterness in the mouthfeel, similar to bitter chocolate, nice to drink without being clingy.

Aroma of pure sweetness typical of junmai. Slightly yellow in color. No harsh taste and a good alcohol taste. It is dry for a junmai. It does not leave a lot of residue on the palate, but it seems to neutralize strong flavored dishes. It seems to go well with heated sake!

Cold Sake Less fragrance, clear rice aroma. The colder it is, the less alcohol you will feel, and the more it is chilled, the more watery it will be. It is dry, penetrating the oral cavity gracefully for a junmai sake. However, at the end, the sweet aroma typical of Junmai can be felt for a moment, and the flavor is gentle and understated. It should be enjoyed as a food sake. It may be the best partner for light, salty foods and sashimi.

The sweet aroma wafts through the air even when it is quite far away from you, and you can sense the richness of the aroma alone. The throat is moderately heavy, and contrary to its watery clarity, the richness remains as if the sweetness of many grains of rice had been condensed, and it dyes the palate, so the strength matched even when drunk with smoked cheese.

It has a milky aroma with a lactic acid bacteria feel. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the carbonation at the level of cider and the rich sourness that tingles in your nose, and you can feel the sensation of champagne. It tastes like a combination of apple aftertaste, calpis aftertaste, and rice sweetness. Yum! You can get drunk before you know it without any alcohol sensation.

The aroma is subdued, slightly sweet and fresh. The first taste is sweet, like a good portion of the top of Welch's 🍇 juice. On closer inspection, the milky chocolate aftertaste is also very nice. The taste is soft and easy to drink, with a hint of acidity! The sweetness clings to the palate, making each cup very satisfying.

The aroma is faintly sweet and fresh, with a berry-like acidity! The sweetness of the sake is refreshing and quickly disappears as if it were dry! Oddly enough, it was the same fried tofu from Tochio that I had with Keitora before!

The aroma is faint but definitely present, similar to apple. The taste is of rice sweetness that passes for a moment and then goes down your throat with a sharp taste. It is very dry and allows the food to take center stage. It is light and not too heavy on the stomach, giving it a very good balance. Serve with anglerfish hot pot

As the package says, it has an unprecedented smoothness and a long-lasting, restrained sweetness It would go well with any food wine.

The taste of fresh rice and sweetness was beyond my expectation. The aroma was slightly apple juice-like. It has a high class taste with little brewer's alcohol as if it were pure rice. However, since it is 19%, it has a strong alcohol taste through the throat.

The aroma has a hint of rice. The moment you put it in your mouth, sweetness hits you with a bang! A concentrated sweetness very similar to that of ripe bananas permeates the palate. The sweetness is more than you can imagine and makes your mouth happy!

The aroma is slightly sweet, but this is the first time I have smelled freshness in the aroma. It is slightly cloudy because it is orikagami. The sake has a soft sweetness that is a mixture of apple and banana without a hint of alcohol. A milky, chocolate-like aftertaste lingers on the palate. Sake that can be enjoyed on its own.

Ponshukan Purchase A very basic type of flavor. The aroma also has a hint of brewer's alcohol, but the rice flavor is stronger than that. Overall, there is a sense of being prepared with less peculiarities.

The aroma is very strong. The aroma is more like junmai than junmai, with a banana-like rice sweetness, and the flavor lingers for a while, just as the aroma suggests. The alcohol content is slightly strong at over 17 degrees Celsius, and the flavor has a strong presence. If not adjusted with water, it may make one intoxicated quickly. It is a sweet sake without the refreshing feeling of a daiginjo. It would be even better if it were chilled.

The aroma is subdued, but there is a faint smell of fermented apples. Soft on the tongue, with a strong sweetness of ripe apples when tasted, yet still fresh. The sweetness persists. Can be enjoyed on its own. Sourness is slightly perceptible through the throat and does not seem to interfere with the taste.
