Fruity aroma ✨The taste, like Hana Yuu, has a strong sweetness, but it is not sweet, and it finishes well. It also has a roundness that is characteristic of Sake Mirai. Pairing with the seared isaki fish was also good👍.

The density of sweetness is very dense ✨. Fruity aroma, acidity comes in the second half and you can feel the sharpness. Personally, I think it is more suitable to drink by itself than as a food sake.

The aroma is reminiscent of grapefruit. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a pleasant gaseous sensation, and while you feel the firm umami and sweetness, you will also feel a refreshing acidity and astringency. Paired well with the grilled tuna we got at the fish shop. A delicious sake with excellent cost performance ✨.

Peach-like aroma, sweetness, umami, slight acidity and bitterness, with a light touch of flavor. I think it tastes better when it is chilled. I felt it was light and lackluster, but when I paired it with roasted cream cheese with sakekasu & miso pickles, I could feel its depth and it was good👍.

Sake with a strong sense of effervescence. For a while after taking it out of the refrigerator, the aroma is present, but the acidity is strong and the umami is not so good. After about 2 hours, I finally started to taste the umami, acidity, and bitterness in the strong effervescence, and the aroma of rice came through my nose. I felt the timing of drinking was difficult 🍶.

Drinking comparison. They are completely different because of the difference in rice type and rice polishing. My wife said that the special junmai was a young man's sake with a clean and sharp taste. The Daiginjo is for adults with a deep flavor. Both are super tasty. Both are extremely delicious!

After feeling the thick, dense sweetness, the sourness comes and the sharpness is refreshing. ‼️ After a few hours, the thickening fades away and the sourness & spiciness can be felt. ‼️ It was a very tasty and interesting taste of sake✨.
