This is one I've been wanting to try.
I know it has a reputation for being good, but this was beyond anything I could have imagined!
It's not easy to buy, but if I come across it again, I'd love to drink it again!
This is an old brand from the same brewery that makes Jikin.
Not only Jikin, but Takasago is delicious!
It tastes better when you let it sit for a bit after opening than when you just opened it!
I bought it because of the episode that it is made on an island in Nagasaki and that they have recently restarted sake brewing.
This version uses No. 7 yeast.
It had a fruity aroma and was smooth and clean.
Sake brewed in 1998.
This was my first time to drink old sake.
It was not my favorite taste.
The long aging process gave it a beautiful amber color!
I thought it might be a good match for people who drink whiskey or something! LOL!
DATE SEVEN SEASON II episode 1 Koganezawa style
I thought I couldn't drink it this year, but it came out of my favorite stock (lol).
Thank goodness!
I can't describe it, but it was so delicious!
I'll try my best to buy it myself next year!
This is a medium-quality version of Masa no Tomo of the "Masa" series.
How could it not be delicious!
It's been a while since I've had one of these, but I knew it was the best I'd ever had!
Junmai Daiginjo from the Sake Forest
I found it in a small bottle, and poof, I picked it up and bought it!
It was delicious, smooth with no cloying flavors!
The much talked-about Amami!
I drank Banshu Aizan, one of the four types of sake released with different rice.
Delicious!
It has the juiciness of Aizan and the carbonation of Tenbi is well blended.
I finished it in an instant.
We got a rare sake, so we invited some friends over for a home drink!
It had the unique acidity of a flax cat, but the sparkling made it even easier to drink!
My first Daishinshu!
It says be careful opening the bottle, but it turned out ok as I thought it would lol.
It tastes like rice with a fruity flavor, and it's very good!
Great sake from Shinshu!
I took it to my father's 60th birthday celebration and drank it.
Second bottle this quarter, and once again, it's tasty enough to impress!
My dad was happy and satisfied!
I hope we can come across it again next year!
The only(?) sake made with Sake Mirai that is shipped twice a year at Eiko-Fuji. Sake made with Sake Mirai, which is shipped twice a year.
I wanted some but gave up on buying it, but then I came across it at the store and drank it!
It was a delicious sake with Eikoufuji's characteristic sweetness!
Highly refined sake. It was 22%!
The rice was polished to a very high degree of fineness, and the taste was so delicious that it disappeared without a hint of bitterness!
