I know it's out of season, but I got some Koganezawa STYLE! First time I've had it and it's delicious! It is brewed by Miyagi Prefecture's sake breweries on a rotating basis every year. Hopefully we'll see it again next year!

My first time drinking Kinjaku! It was a delicious, easy-drinking sake, while still having the full flavor of the rice!

Oshon-san, your first time was "Daiginjo"? That's a very good one you drank, isn't it? When you take a sip, it has sweetness and a little bit of sourness. It is a good feeling that it disappears smoothly when it goes down your throat~!

Sake brewed with Yamae Nishiki. The eldest of the three sisters of the brewery? The eldest of the three sisters of the brewery is a cartoonist, and she specially wrote the label for this Shinshu Kamerei. The taste is delicious, of course, but the elaborate drawings on the label are amazing 😳! You can't help but look at it! This sake was a pleasure to taste with the tongue and see with the eyes!

Sake made by Aburanaga Sake Brewery, which brews Kaze no Mori. The concept is to drink it with fireworks every year on October 1, Sake Day. It was a delicious sake with a gorgeous aroma, taste, and carbonation reminiscent of fireworks. The fireworks were beautiful ✨.

A glass of sake at the Kaze no Mori Fireworks Festival. The rice used to make this sake is called tsuyu-hakaze, and it is produced only in Nara Prefecture. The unique sourness and astringency of the rice gives it a different flavor. Of course it was delicious✨.

A glass of wine at the Kaze no Mori Fireworks Festival. It's still delicious. I was reminded once again that I am an omatist. This is also delicious!

This is one of the drinks we had at the Kaze no Mori Fireworks Festival. It tasted juicy, just like Aizan, and fizzy, just like Kaze no Mori!

The final sake in Sono Kangiku's ocean99 series, Orange Sea-Arrival! It was a delicious sake with a fruity taste typical of Kangiku, but with a slightly calmer atmosphere after being fire-aged!

Akabu is made from Sake Mirai, the sake rice produced by the Takagi Sake Brewery. As is typical of Sake Mirai, it has a gorgeous, rich flavor. However, it was a delicious sake that did not lose any of its Akabu character.

Junmai-shu from Shinshu Kamerei, which was presented to a friend for his birthday. The rice used was Hitogokochi. It was the best sake I've ever had, with a fruity yet delicious rice flavor that is the epitome of Shinshu Kamerei!

One cup of Takachiyoh's sake. Slightly fruity and easy to drink! I drank it on the express train, but it was hard at the end of the ride because I was nice and drunk.

Kaze no Mori, made with a share of yeast No. 6 from the Niimasa brewery As the title says, "Respect for No. 6," ALPHA's TYPE 6 was finally released. I had put it aside for a while after I bought it, but I opened the bottle with full intention. It tasted completely like Kaze no Mori! It was my inexperience that I couldn't really taste the difference between it and the usual No. 7 yeast, but I would like to compare them if they would make it in the 2022 brewing year.
