The cherry blossoms are blooming, spring is coming, the weather is getting warmer, and the seasons are passing so quickly that I want to continue drinking sake that at least makes me feel the seasons. I buy Kangiku's Ocean when I find it because it is always delicious. It has a dry mouthfeel with a slight effervescence and a moderate acidity and bitterness. There is a hint of sweetness, but it quickly disappears. I enjoyed it very much.

I recently came across a sake that I remember drinking at a local store, and I bought it! It was from Koyama Shoten. It tastes like something I liked when I first started drinking sake. The gassy aftertaste in the mouth, the juiciness, and the slight bitterness go well with meals! It has quickly become one of my favorite brands! We enjoyed it very much.

Went out to Ikebukuro for the first time in a while. I wandered around the basement of the Seibu Department Store because the location of the liquor store had changed. It's been a long time since I've tasted a Naraman sake. It's sweet and tasty, with a nice crispness. It's cold, but I keep my room warm, so even cold sake keeps my body warm! We enjoyed it very much.

This time it's a good sake that I can't reach for myself! I received it as a year-end gift from a junior colleague. It's a luxurious sake called "Polished 10% sake"! I wondered when I should get it, but it said to drink it as soon as possible. I was wondering when I could have it, but it said to drink it as soon as possible, so I had to have it even though there was nothing in the bottle. The taste is clean and dry, but the sweetness of the rice gives it an elegant flavor. I sipped it while savoring it. It was delicious.

It's the middle of December! It's weird to be playing World Cup ⚽️ at this time of the year! Today, I'll have a new Mutsu Hachisen sake that I bought last month. It's getting really cold, but I'll have it chilled. Almost no aroma and tangy on the palate. Slightly alcotic and apple🍎 flavor. Overall, a clean and refreshing sake! I can't stop drinking it! Dangerous! I enjoyed it very much!

It's already time to think about New Year's plans. A little late, isn't it? I want to go out for a good drink, but where is the best place? For now, I'm thinking about it while drinking the sake I bought. This is the raw sake from the back of the store. Is this the first time I've had it outside of a restaurant? The label says it is a junmai ginjo-shu with a thickening that is unlike anything I have ever experienced before, so I wondered what it was like and tried it. But it has a tangy and fruity aftertaste that is only possible with nama-shu! This is delicious! It goes well with sashimi of swordfish, but it might be the best with stewed pork cubes! We enjoyed it very much!

The mouthfeel is tangy and then you can taste the flavor of the rice. It is tangy on the palate, but finishes well. It goes well with a strong meal and is easy to drink. Since it is a draft sake, it has a temperature of 17 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much! We enjoyed it very much.

It's time to get new sake again this year. Let's pick up the pace! Today is the first pressing of Houou Mita. The aroma is muscat? Peach? Quite strong. Sweet and juicy on the palate. But it is sharp and leaves a slight bitterness. I'm making lasagna this evening and it seems to go well with it. We enjoyed it very much.

I've been so busy lately that I haven't been able to go out and buy some sake, and then I found this hidden in the fridge. It is Modern Sentori. It has a citrusy mouthfeel with a slight carbonation. It has a refreshing aftertaste with almost no aftertaste. It's the time of year when autumn is deepening, but it's so good for a tired body. I enjoyed it very much.

Today, I'd like to introduce you to Kangiku Ocean's Autumn Sake. Be careful not to open the bottle and drink it cold. The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is tangy. No lingering taste on the tongue, but sweetness and bitterness can be felt quickly. This is a great aperitif for a party. I can't wait to try it. I enjoyed it very much.

Today I went to Kawaguchiko for work. I wore only a T-shirt, but it was cold in the morning and I felt autumn. Fuji is snowing for the first time, which explains why it is so cold. On the way home, I went to the supermarket to look for some sake. I knew it was cheap and tasty, but I wanted to check it out. I opened the bottle as soon as I got home. The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is smooth, but there is a complex sweetness, sourness, and bitterness. It seems to go well with any meal. I bought it late tonight and it's perfect with the fried side dish I bought. It was a delicious Shichiken after all. We enjoyed it very much.

I ran into a liquor store just before closing time and hurried to pick out a bottle of sake! I looked at a variety of sake, but decided on Hirotogawa. I decided on Hirotogawa, a safe and reliable sake. It's definitely good. Slightly melon and smooth. It has a nice sharpness. You can drink it forever. Deliciously tasty.
