It's already time to think about New Year's plans. A little late, isn't it?
I want to go out for a good drink, but where is the best place?
For now, I'm thinking about it while drinking the sake I bought.
This is the raw sake from the back of the store. Is this the first time I've had it outside of a restaurant?
The label says it is a junmai ginjo-shu with a thickening that is unlike anything I have ever experienced before, so I wondered what it was like and tried it. But it has a tangy and fruity aftertaste that is only possible with nama-shu!
This is delicious!
It goes well with sashimi of swordfish, but it might be the best with stewed pork cubes!
We enjoyed it very much!
