I've been so busy lately that I haven't been able to go out and buy some sake, and then I found this hidden in the fridge. It is Modern Sentori.
It has a citrusy mouthfeel with a slight carbonation.
It has a refreshing aftertaste with almost no aftertaste.
It's the time of year when autumn is deepening, but it's so good for a tired body.
I enjoyed it very much.
