えいすけThe cherry blossoms are blooming, spring is coming, the weather is getting warmer, and the seasons are passing so quickly that I want to continue drinking sake that at least makes me feel the seasons.
I buy Kangiku's Ocean when I find it because it is always delicious.
It has a dry mouthfeel with a slight effervescence and a moderate acidity and bitterness. There is a hint of sweetness, but it quickly disappears.
I enjoyed it very much.
