Seems to be a blend of 2 3 4 year olds with a fuller flavor and full body. The alcohol is also high. My friend also said the wine was as the name suggests, sour, bitter, freshness all around, theatre of life. Still good with meats.

The acidity is noticeable, slight bitterness. But the rice flavor is not quite enough and slightly lacking. The wine seems a bit draggy and sticky after warming up, but still very drinkable at low temperatures. Not a lot of overall complexity, simply a good, easy drinking wine.

Fruity with a slightly bubbly feel when iced. There is also a slight bitterness. Great at room temperature, moderate fruitiness with a purpose, bitterness works well with the rice flavor. Nice rice notes when it gets warmer. Personally, I like it quite a bit.

A friend got the 2015 vintage with a bottling date of 2016. But even after 5 years, it was still very drinkable after being chilled, with a prominent low temperature fruitiness accompanied by a moderate sweetness. The sweetness was more pronounced at higher temperatures and slightly cloying. After putting it back in the fridge and chilling it again, it tasted better than when I took it out of the bottle. Maybe it's the better storage conditions, but still, I have to admire aramasa for being quite good.

It's very good when it's chilled It's a different experience when the temperature rises, the rice and purpose flavors come out. Very good wine, even better if enjoyed with salmon or something like that.

When the bottle was first opened, it was not cold enough, the aroma was rather boring Very good when chilled, fruity, slightly fizzy, refreshing with an overall richness, rice and fruit flavours together, good!

i drank this kazenomori while eating Guangdong food with my friend. One of my friend have drunk 十四代,花阳浴,花邑,新政,光荣菊 and some other very high-price sakes in China which we called '大酒'. this word's literally meaning is 'big alcohol' but it often means “good and often expensive alcohols or only means expensive alcohols” However he hadn't drank any kazenomori and he said he had wanted to drink it for a long time. And he is happy that i bought this although It's the easiest-to-buy kazenomori in China.

It is refreshing and has a little clean sour and bitter, with some aroma of melon
