The fruitiness is really sufficient, and the opening bottle smells very much like a fruity carbonated soda, accompanied by a clean rice aroma. Tastes of apple, pear, slight pineapple, slight carbonation, and a refreshing clean rice aroma. Didn't give me as much of a wow factor as I thought it would, but it's certainly a good wine.

It's very drinkable and is what I imagine a turtle should be like. The nose is the classic rice aroma accompanied by prominent fresh fruit, the smell just makes you want to drink it. The taste I think is better than the Yamada Nishiki I had before, more complexity, the rice aroma blends more perfectly with the fruit and the acidity, a really good wine!

The nose is light at low temperatures, with fruit notes like honeydew melon 🍈 and 🍐 pear prominent. The first reaction on the palate is also light fruit flavors, accompanied by a slight refreshing bitter bottom. The finish, however, is suddenly gone all of a sudden, leaving only a light rice flavor. Once the temperature comes up a bit, the overall flavor is more balanced, with a nice combination of sweet and sour bitterness, and a nice mellow rice note in the mid-late finish. It's a wine that can be drunk all the time.

The scent is very light, fresh lemon citrus type fruit notes. A bit like the orange of the glorious chrysanthemum. It's also refreshing when cold, like a fresh lemon soda. The flavor is very strong and mellow in the mouth when it's cold, with a nice full flavor of rice with some sweetness. After the temperature is a bit higher the impact is not as strong, more mild, but the flavor is still very full and progressive, which is nice.

Not like any of the top ranked sakes I've had before. The flavors are very varied, fruity, tart, rice, and every sip is to die for, very interesting. And there was a slight bubbly feel in the mouth, kind of like a hopping candy. A refreshing sake to my ears!

It smells thick, with light fruit acidity accompanying the sweetness of the rice. The first sip is more on the fresh and fruity side, with the right amount of acidity. The more I drank it, the more prominent the rice aroma became, and the better it combined with the fruit aroma, I couldn't stop. I couldn't stop drinking it. I finished it in one go with a few friends. It is indeed a good summer wine.
