My oldest son bought this for me at a roadside station on our trip 😆🎉. It's really a "bubble"! The alcohol content is 11 degrees. I'm a smart girl, so I did as my sister Gubi said (who?). I made sukiyaki. The sweet fatty meat and the coarse crackers are refreshed by the strong bubbles. It looks fattening... 🥹 but it's only 360ml so it's probably ok. Probably.

I had seen many comments about how delicious it was at Sake-no-Wawa and was curious about it, so I bought it, albeit belatedly. As expected, it was sweet, juicy, and fresh. The aroma was so gentle that I couldn't stop eating it. Delicious 🥹.

Nice to meet you brand part 3 bought online. Sweet and fruity aroma after opening the bottle. Sweet and bitter but sharp. No gassy feeling. I thought the lingering taste was more acidic. The alcohol content is 16%, but it tastes stronger than that.

Yamazan has been on my mind for a long, long time. This is the second bottle of the brand I ordered online, which I usually can't afford. It was fruity but smooth and refreshing. It seems to be fire-aged, but I could feel the freshness like a fresh sake. I really like Nagano sake after all 😊 I want to buy it again with different rice.

Gorgeous aroma, light sweet and sour and gassy. I started drinking it chilled, but it tasted even better after a little time as it mellowed a bit. We had some snacks like Cabbage Taro, Seven's Ajillo, watermelon just cut up, etc. 🤣.

I bought this slightly expensive Shichiken at the spring opening of the brewery. It has won some kind of award every year. This may be the first time I bought sake with a box for myself. It has a gorgeous yet elegant aroma, a gentle sweetness and umami flavor, and a unique Shichiken aftertaste. Since it was Shinmasa, I decided to drink it when I invited sake lovers to a party! I opened the bottle. It is 100% Misato Nishiki, 13% alcohol by volume. Although it is 13% alcohol, it is very drinkable and has a long aftertaste. We only had such a cute glass, but it was a fun party 🐰.

Drinking record There were surprisingly few people in Kyoto at the end of June. In spring and fall, it gets crowded... so I was able to enjoy Kyoto's sake at my leisure 🍶🌿. Special Junmai Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake was the most delicious 🌿🌿!
