Light, 13 degrees with a fresh aroma, but also a bit yellow in color and ripe in flavor. It was recommended on the back label, so I had it in a wine glass.

It's really a "bubble"! The alcohol content is 11 degrees.
I'm a smart girl, so I did as my sister Gubi said (who?). I made sukiyaki. The sweet fatty meat and the coarse crackers are refreshed by the strong bubbles. It looks fattening... 🥹 but it's only 360ml so it's probably ok. Probably.

I had seen many comments about how delicious it was at Sake-no-Wawa and was curious about it, so I bought it, albeit belatedly.
As expected, it was sweet, juicy, and fresh. The aroma was so gentle that I couldn't stop eating it.

Sweet and fruity aroma after opening the bottle. Sweet and bitter but sharp. No gassy feeling. I thought the lingering taste was more acidic.
The alcohol content is 16%, but it tastes stronger than that.

Yamazan has been on my mind for a long, long time.
This is the second bottle of the brand I ordered online, which I usually can't afford.
It was fruity but smooth and refreshing. It seems to be fire-aged, but I could feel the freshness like a fresh sake. I really like Nagano sake after all 😊 I want to buy it again with different rice.

I liked Tangerine's sweetness, acidity, and slight gassiness, which was elegant. The Ash was complex but had a great clarity and cohesiveness that I couldn't help but be impressed. Shinsei is amazing✨.

I bought this slightly expensive Shichiken at the spring opening of the brewery. It has won some kind of award every year. This may be the first time I bought sake with a box for myself.
