I had really high expectations for this sake because the Tokachi Junmai I had in the fall was really good, but it wasn't what I expected 😅 Maybe I drank it in the wrong order, or maybe it was the condition of my tongue. It is a beautiful sake with a calm aroma and taste.

First time buying sake online. I was excited to see on sns that Kameizumi has different ingredients in each brewing tank...etc. I was excited to see what kind of Kameizumi I would receive. The sake was -15, with plenty of sweetness and acidity. Slightly gassy. It tasted like wine.

Grapes? Muscat-like aroma. Very smooth in mouthfeel, I drank it smoothly. Less sweet than Snowman. Alcohol content 14.5%. Easy to drink and bottle design 🎨 I would recommend it to my friends who do not drink much sake.

Sakewa AI has been recommending Akabu to me for a long, long time. Akabu is a new sake! I had decided in my mind for some reason. It's so fresh! 🥹. Fresh melon aroma, fine petite. It felt clear and light. I knew it, but it was still delicious!

I drank it in the summer and became a total fan of Sairai. I'm glad I was able to buy it just in time 🥹. Elegant aroma, sweetness of rice, and a pouty gasiness. A little complex acidity and sharpness. Above all, it's so fresh!

Super gorgeous fruit aroma upon opening a little 🥭. Mild on the palate. No gassy feeling. It was not as sweet as I expected, and contrary to my expectations, it had a strong sake taste. It is a solid 17 degrees Celsius.

I found it in summer at Inamaya, and when I went back in the evening to buy it before going home because it was heavy, they had already sold out of Dusk Orange. ...I went to buy new sake, but somehow it was summer sake! Sweet and sour, gassy, with a unique astringent aftertaste🍊. Next summer I'll buy it as soon as I find it. I suddenly want to try other Koei Kiku sake as well.

I was able to buy it again this year through the Co-op lottery. It is gentle and has no corners, but also has a freshness to it. The aftertaste is unique to Shichiken. The reason I got hooked on sake was Shichiken's Furyun Miyama, so I buy it whenever I see it.

Gentle mouthfeel, slight cucumber aroma, citrusy sharpness. No gassiness. The origin of Nikomaru is said to be so delicious that it makes you smile and the grains of rice are round and taut... I vowed to try to drink healthy! (The pace is fast these days)
