As spring sakes are starting to appear on the line, the second glass is a pink labeled Sairai.
The sourness of the pink label.
It was my first strawberry-flavored sake 🍓.
I couldn't buy it in the store but it was on the corner menu.
Fruity aroma. Fine gasiness, fresh and clear taste. Clear aftertaste from soft water.
Delicious. ☺️ I wanted to buy a four-pack bottle to take home!
I've been wanting to try this sansho for a long time and I'm glad I finally got around to buying it 😆.
It is light and refreshing, but has a soft sweetness that spreads out and gently quenches. The alcohol content is 13 degrees and very light.
The gassiness is not at all what I expected. I wonder if it was stored poorly?
I had completely given up on it, thinking that I would be able to drink it next year.... Again, Mr. Yutaro found it for me. Thank you 😆.
Mild and sweet aroma, gentle and fresh on the palate. After the second day, it became softer and sweeter.
I received it as a souvenir from my trip to Kawagoe. Even a cute little boar cup! 😆
I had it cold for now. Fruity aroma, classic taste. A little smoky flavor. It finishes with acidity.
When I heated it up, it became richer. Warming!
The second fermentation in the bottle produces a natural carbon dioxide gas that makes it shriek. It was also very lively in the sake cup.
It was the most gassy nigori I've had this season. Of course it is delicious🤤.
We wanted to find a restaurant where we could bring our own alcohol for Mr. Yutaro to drink, as he always obtains precious sake for us.
Hakuten, as described by Mr. Fujioka. Fire-brewed.
Fruity and fresh aroma, a touch of gas, juicy and fresh sweetness, and gentle acidity.
Delicious 🥹.
Drinking out for the first time in a while.
I talked to the store owner and mistook it for Kameizumi and ordered it 😂 But it was delicious, so no problem!
Gentle and mildly sweet, moderate acidity, no gassiness.
"The flower used on the label is called 'Iberis' and is also known as 'candy tufts' or 'sugar candy bunches. The language of flowers is 'memories of first love, sweet temptation'."
Modest but fruity aroma, fresh and crisp. The balance is exquisite, with both umami and acidity.
Would it go well with simple fish and shellfish? I would like to try it with fish and shellfish 🐟.
Freshly squeezed new sake, Arahashiri. It was once heated in a bottle.
The aroma is fruity with a hint of gas.
It is clear and crisp with a touch of sweetness and acidity. Delicious!
Would it go well with cod roe? I have to go get some delicious sashimi tomorrow!
Hirotogawa✨ which is rumored to be hard to buy.
It was a coming-of-age ceremony, so I'll take it in full.
(He is not here).
Enrapturingly good aroma. Strong gasiness.
Juicy and strong rice flavor.
This is delicious!
Thanks to Mr. Yutaro for getting it for us!
I brought it to a friend's house on New Year's Eve: 🚶🏽♂️
Refreshing aroma, sweet and drinkable.
Easy to drink because of the gasiness.
I'm glad they said it was delicious!
I bought it after the brother of Heiwa Shuzo recommended it to me at an in-store tasting at a liquor store.
He said, "Try it cooled down and drink it! He said.
It has a fresh aroma like muscat, and a slight fizzy sensation on the tongue. Soft and light flavor.
Shockingly priced at 1,320 yen. Gentle 🥹.
100 check-ins🥳.
Refreshing aroma like rummy, unexpectedly full of energy and effervescence. Soft, sweet and delicious on the palate. Juicy. I drank it with my oldest son.
Hi Yojiro 😃
Congratulations on your 100 check-in ㊗️ 🎉
Good for you to be able to drink with your eldest son 😊 we have the same one reserved in our fridge! Looking forward to drinking it 🤗
Thank you Jay & Nobby, ☺️ My oldest son is a pretty strong drinker and I am planning to drag him into the sake swamp. I see that you two also keep this sake! I knew it was a popular sake 😆.
This time last year I went to the brewery and bought this morning Shibori.
I bought two bottles, drank one right away, and let this one sit for a year.
The aroma is gorgeous, and there is a decent amount of gas. The taste is certainly fruity, but the aftertaste is complex...?
But it is delicious. The alcohol content is 17 degrees.
The one I drank right away was fruity, dry, and sharp.
Mr. Yutaro said it was so delicious and tasty that I was curious and bought it.
It is gentle, sweet and delicious. It has the juiciness of a fresh sake, with a refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is soft and gentle.
I can see why you would want other people to try it. ☺️
