We went to Hiroshima for the live concert of Koji Kikkawa and Tamio Okuda 🎤 Both of them were so cool that I couldn't believe they are both 60 years old. The drinks after the concert were delicious 😆. It was light, clear, and delicious!

I opened a bottle of a packaged sake that I had bought last fall and left in the refrigerator at my parents' house. It has a delicate, fresh mouthfeel, but then the sweetness and heaviness that is typical of Omachi swells. Delicious~☺️ I think it's time to get a glass for sake at my parents' house😅.

Even in summer, it's a fine gassy type of sake that opens 👍🏼 vigorously. The bottle has a cool design that is hard to believe it is sake.

I was going to travel to Shimane in the summer and wondered if there were any good sake breweries. I looked up sake breweries in Shimane and found "Oh! There's the Gassan brewery that you often see at Sake-no-wa..." - "Oh. Tomonori..." - "You go to the sake brewery but they don't sell it..." So I couldn't resist and popped it until the day of the trip. Just by twisting the cork, the gorgeous aroma spreads, the gassy feeling spreads, and the fruity taste like a Japanese pear spreads. Smooth and juicy, with a gentle lingering finish. As expected, the president chose the most delicious tank sake of the year: 👍🏼

I have always been curious about it because it seems that when I see delicious looking dishes at Sake-no-Wa, there is a high probability that many of them are served with Gassan. After drinking it, I was convinced! The mouthfeel is soft and umami, and the second half is dry and clean. It also has a little bit of gassy feeling.

Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake I heard that this sake is brewed with Yamada Nishiki made by the students of Tochigi Agricultural High School. (And yet high school students can't drink it...⁇ Too sad 🥲) Very fruity and sweet aroma🥭. Gutsy and sweet 🥭! Sake level -2.

Junmai Daiginjo-nama sake from the brewery that makes Sanuki Kuraudai. It has a sweet and fruity mouthfeel, a gassy feel, and a clean dry finish. Actually, I didn't have high expectations 😅 but it was very good. Next time I want to try "Olive"! 🫒.

When I asked the liquor store "Which one would you like to drink Gagakuyo for the first time? The liquor store recommended this Gekka. It was mildly fruity on the palate, but had a sharp, slightly bitter aftertaste. I wonder if it is a "light and dry" type of sake.

Akita Shinkansen Komachi Label I heard that it is a "direct morning bottle" once a year. Purchased at Sugakyu Shoten near Akita Station. It was fresh and fruity, with a slight lactic acidity. At the time I bought it, I had no idea that I would be involved in a Tohoku Shinkansen train linkage incident the next day 🤣.
