I came to this restaurant because I really wanted to have it as the end of my birthday dinner. Kanagawa Sake. Good sake and ramen!

November 26, 2022 〜Sake Series 🕥- 🕐- 🕥- 🕐- Sake Series Kubota Senju Junmai Ginjo This sake was brought by my brother, I think. I had it when I went back to my parents' house! We had it with salmon roe that we got as a gift. Hooray for gifts!

December 24, 2022 〜Sake Series 🕐- Going Back 🕥 to Taisetsukei Doburokkun Activated Nigori Sake I wonder if this is sake...? I can feel the sweetness and the rice mash 🍚. It doesn't look like sake, but it was delicious!

2023/01/21 (Shinbashi Sake Bar Kuranoya) 〜Sake Bar Kuranoya (Shinbashi) 🕥The series of going back 🕐 to 🕥 past sake Kamo Kanehide Special Junmai 13 Hi-iri Genshu It's a raw sake with 13% alcohol by volume ☺. Easy to drink. And it still goes well with restaurant food.

2023/01/21 (Shinbashi Sake Bar Kuranoya) Amego no Tsuki Special Junmai Yamadanishiki 〜Sake Bar Kuranoya 🕥🕐 series 🕐 - Looking back on past Sake albums I was looking back through my albums, and this one too! I'm a beginner, so I was glad the store owner recommended a variety ✨. There are so many different brands of the same sake, sake is so deep... 😯. I want to be a woman who understands the difference someday.

2023/06/23 (Sake Dining Negishi Kawagiya @ Uguisudani) Moon after rain NEW MOON Honjozo I haven't posted this one either 🌀 It was a very nice restaurant with my senpai from my previous job! I was a little surprised because I didn't know how safe Uguisudani is 💦. I don't remember what we drank, but I got the impression that we were very satisfied!

2023/12/10 (Yumesake Shinjuku Honten) Shinkame handmade junmai-shu dry 〜A series of 🕥 past sake retrospectives 🕐... Oh, by the way, I drank this one too! This restaurant has so many sake that I lost track 😅 so I just had a sake from Saitama for now. Yeah yeah, it's dry and goes well with food!

2024/02/02 HANAHODAKU Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu (Miyamanishiki) This is a sake from my hometown, Hanyu. When I drank it before, my family at home said, "It's a very modern sake. I found it by chance at a store...I still like it! I found it at a store by chance and reaffirmed my love for it.

2024/02/02 Sugata Sugatakyu Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu I was quite drunk, so I don't remember the detailed taste...but I do remember that it was very tasty...! I remember it was delicious 😁.

1.1.2024 New Year's Day! ☀🗻🍆 bird🐦 I bought this at my parents' house, bought at a slightly trendy and modern liquor store in the neighborhood. They say he is the god of sake... I had no idea... 😅 It's pretty spicy and has a high alcohol content. My brother said it was tasty and had no harsh taste! My mother said it was a bit hard for her!

December 30, 2023 Asakai Kurafuto COLOR Honjozo The end of the year, the customary sake drinking at my parents' house 🍶. This is the one that was left at my parents' house as it was given to me. It is dry but easy to drink. Goes well with hand-rolled sushi!

2023/11/03 First day of a three day weekend with my mother! Slightly yellowish color. A little sweet but firm! The restaurant has a wide variety of sake 😊. The customer service was.... I ordered tamago kakegohan (rice with egg) and there was no egg on it, but it's just a part-timer so it can't be helped!
