2023/06/23 (Sake Dining Negishi Kawagiya @ Uguisudani) Moon after rain NEW MOON Honjozo I haven't posted this one either 🌀 It was a very nice restaurant with my senpai from my previous job! I was a little surprised because I didn't know how safe Uguisudani is 💦. I don't remember what we drank, but I got the impression that we were very satisfied!

Nice and cloudy. Slightly effervescent with a strong sweetness. Sourness is also present. Gulp it down. It is easy to drink. This is delicious!
