@Aizu Miyazumi
They use a blending technique called "assemblage" used in wine. A blend of Yumeko and Yamadanishiki.
Very light on the palate. It can be drunk smoothly with just sake. It is elegant and easy to drink. I imagined it would have a strong acidity because it is made by the same method as wine, but it was completely different and easy to drink without any habits.
@Kakinuma
It's been a long time since I've had Tobiroki. It is light and refreshing, but has a hint of sweetness from the rice. It tastes good with snacks.
@Kakinuma
Pleasantly sweet and full-bodied. It is more wonderful when drunk with food than as a stand-alone alcoholic beverage. Today, I enjoyed it with red kidney beans and firefly squid. Very tasty.

Sparkling with a different flavor than usual.
It is a light cloudy sparkling wine.
Not as sweet as expected, but refreshingly sweet. Delicious.
Good for a change.
