I am getting Ice breaker which I wanted to drink.
It is sweet, fruity and thick. It was served with ice and when I broke it, it became easier to drink.
Is it summer only?
Delicious!
I can't forget the wine yeast liquor, so this is a repeat......................
With a slightly sweet aroma of citrus fruits such as lime and lemon, it is still a sake that is very close to wine. Please give it a try!
This is the second saké I've encountered at Chiebijin.
Last time I had a Kijoshu and was impressed by the elegant sweetness of the sake.
Recently, the temperature has been getting warmer, and I was worried that the sweetness might be too strong, but it is not sweet, but a refined sweet and fruity sake (^^).
I enjoy my favorite Wind Forest at home, lol.
This fruity & slightly carbonated always makes me happy, but Aplha's low 12% alcohol content provides the drinkability.
Please drink it.
Kaze no Mori is delicious, isn't it? I had a variety of Kaze no Mori last year, and ALPHA TYPE1 was one of the most delicious, as I recalled when I read Mr. Yamamura's article.
This sake will be opened in October 2022.Â
We are drinking it in the spring and it is a fruity, slightly carbonated, fresh sake that is unique to Kaze no Mori....
We would like to introduce you to the dishes that are a marriage of the two, as we can enjoy the sake by itself,
Long time no see Otters! My cousin's aunt gave it to me.
I used to love it, and I regret that I avoided it in recent years as it became popular overseas. After drinking it for the first time in a while, I thought it was fruity, but I also found a well-balanced spiciness. It goes well with slightly strong food. Also, it looks good with sushi🍣.
Long time no lay (^ ^)
I drank it again. It's a sparkling sake like sake, so throughty I just gobbled it up!
This time I drank it with a cup of sake, but San-do is easy to drink in a wine glass!
I drank Kijoshu for the first time (^^)
I thought it would be like a sweet wine, but it was more like an elegant, deep, wine-like sake. It was like an elegant deep wine-like sake. I will have a repeat!
I thought it would be a good marriage with a strong-flavored meal.
PS)
I've been drinking this with ice cream after dinner and it's a great marriage! I thought it would be better with something sweet.
