It is the first Ko-Imari.
It has won the Sakes Japonais 2023 Platinum Award. It is my favorite fruity and super carbonated sake.
I guess the French 🇫🇷 like this type too😊.
It's been a long time since I've seen a Zaku (made) exclusively for Shah!
Fruity and slightly carbonated lovers will not be able to resist.
It is one of the sake that made me like sake.
Since it is sashimi, we selected tasake. Tasake is a perfect complement to the fat of kampachi (yellowtail) and tuna. It is well-balanced, not too sweet and not too spicy.
(But it doesn't seem to go well with shellfish and squid.)
Every time I drink it, I think that the label of the produced land is really tasteful. It's super fruity, slightly carbonated, and I enjoy it every time. lol
Malolactic fermentation (MLF) is a fermentation in which lactic acid bacteria break down malic acid (malate) in wine into lactic acid (lactate) and carbon dioxide.
It is very smooth to the palate, so it is easy to drink.
Birthplace in the middle of summer! I came home early to drink this (^^;;;)
I will also enjoy it with horse sashimi from Kumamoto.
The lid flew off after opening the bottle.
My son and I got on a roll and went for a second bottle of Shinsei, lol.
This earth? I had never seen it before, but as usual it was fruity, easy to drink and went well with everything!
Hi Hiroomi Yamamura, good evening here too.
Must be a very good time ✨
We all get carried away when we're having fun 😊.
I understand very well 🎵
Still, I'm too jealous of your new policy 😁.
I went to a sushi restaurant with my son, a college student, and gave him the most popular sake, Shinmasa. Naturally, he said it changed his image of sake (^^;;;).
Although he said he couldn't drink much, we both opened a bottle lightly (^^).
Good evening, Mr. Hiroomi Yamamura.
You and your son had a nice meal together at a sushi restaurant 🍶.
That's a very nice scene ✨
And Shinsei - I'm looking forward to seeing your son's sake journey from now on 🎵.
