I can't forget the wine yeast liquor, so this is a repeat...................... With a slightly sweet aroma of citrus fruits such as lime and lemon, it is still a sake that is very close to wine. Please give it a try!

This is the second saké I've encountered at Chiebijin. Last time I had a Kijoshu and was impressed by the elegant sweetness of the sake. Recently, the temperature has been getting warmer, and I was worried that the sweetness might be too strong, but it is not sweet, but a refined sweet and fruity sake (^^).

It is clear and dry. Mie has two strong brands, Saku and Hanzo, I guess. I received these two bottles as a souvenir from an acquaintance.

I enjoy my favorite Wind Forest at home, lol. This fruity & slightly carbonated always makes me happy, but Aplha's low 12% alcohol content provides the drinkability. Please drink it.

Long time no see Otters! My cousin's aunt gave it to me. I used to love it, and I regret that I avoided it in recent years as it became popular overseas. After drinking it for the first time in a while, I thought it was fruity, but I also found a well-balanced spiciness. It goes well with slightly strong food. Also, it looks good with sushi🍣.

I drank Kijoshu for the first time (^^) I thought it would be like a sweet wine, but it was more like an elegant, deep, wine-like sake. It was like an elegant deep wine-like sake. I will have a repeat! I thought it would be a good marriage with a strong-flavored meal. PS) I've been drinking this with ice cream after dinner and it's a great marriage! I thought it would be better with something sweet.

First Tatenogawa on Setsubun day (^^) Smooth on the palate, with a gentle sweetness that spreads. Quite easy to drink, I'm going to get drunk 🥴. Postscript) I opened a bottle by myself and drank about 3 glasses of wine every day, still tasty on the third day! I don't know when I will finish it, but I'm not tired of it yet!
