It's a classic sansho (^^)
Today is the first Shononozo, but first of all, this label is nice. This is another classic, and the lid flew off with fermentation after opening. As usual, fruity & super slightly carbonated, delicious!
As you can see in the picture, this sake was put in by a nice lady. It is a sweet and gassy sake that neutralizes the thickness of the soy sauce in oden... Marriage (^^)

This is a 6th generation, refreshing sake that we enjoyed drinking... (the price is quite good).
It was miraculously reissued in recent years and is said to be sake brewed with "homase," a native Kumamoto species from the Edo period that was naturally grown on the company's own farmland and by farmers in the Kikuchi River system.
It has been a year since I bought it, and I opened the bottle late and blew the lid off without incident.
It is slightly carbonated and a bit sour like pineapple or mandarin oranges!
It was the first time I tasted it. It is a white wine? It seems to be made from the sweetness of rice and lactic acid fermentation. I am surprised that they came up with such an idea to make sake!
