I bought this sparkling sake last Christmas. It was winter, so we met over a year ago (^^)
It is not sweet and may be very carbonated💪.
But I forgive it because it is Tasake.

It is said to have won the gold medal at the Tasty Sake in a Wine Glass Awards 2023. As you can see, the bottle is colorful and stylish, and as you can imagine, it is fruity and rich.
It is made from "Awaichiba Yamadanishiki" produced in Awa (Tokushima) and brewed with "LED Dream Yeast" developed by Tokushima Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. Like the color of the label, it seems to go well with a variety of meals.

To be honest, I was surprised! It is my favorite slightly carbonated, fruity and refreshing sake with a clean aftertaste. And if you look closely, it is a Junmai Daiginjo, 14 degrees lighter. It is close to the trendy Sansho and Kaze no Mori (^^)
I recommend this bottle.

First Tottori sake (^^)
I stopped by the Chiyomuzubi main store on Mizuki Shigeru Road and after much deliberation, I bought this one.
I thought it would be fruity, but it was dry and refreshing. It would go well with sushi and sashimi.

It is fruity sweet.
It is said to be a very limited sake, shipped only once a year, made from "Setsuwakamaru," a new variety of sake from Yamagata Prefecture.
It is said to have 10 times more energy than "Supernova," but I have never had Supernova.
Moreover, it is a food sake! but I drank it as an aperitif. It still feels sweet.

It is brewed with only rice and rice malt, and when it ferments, it is said to be colored pink by red yeast.
