I think it has a wonderful balance of just the right amount of acidity and richness!
It is a dry sake that goes well with all kinds of food.
You can drink it without any peculiarities.
By the way, I also recommend Kurogyu Umeshu (plum wine).
We will finish off the evening with a blowfish porridge and Toyo Bijin!
The extra sake is brought back to the room and enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere!
