The characters for "Kairyu" are cool! It has a little sweetness and a strong flavor. Since it is a pure sake, it is very drinkable. Delicious!

Traveling, with a set of drunken help from an izakaya (Japanese pub). The customer next to me recommends San Shoraku. It tastes good with a strong flavor. 60% 16% alcohol.

Purchased at Dote Mori, a local sake brewery in Kurashiki. It is said to be sweet, but it doesn't seem very sweet to me. I like the strong sake-like taste.
