As soon as you open the bottle, you will smell the aroma of rice? Aroma of sakekasu? I felt the aroma of rice or sakekasu (sake lees) was a little strong, and it was a little unpleasant for me. After 2 days, the aroma was calmed down and the sweetness increased, making it easier to drink. On the 17th, I participated in the Shimizu Sake Street. I would like to try again the "Hiraman Nikkomaru" and "Naraman Hiyoroshi".
