I got hooked on Junmai and Junmai Ginjo, so I bought SNOW for the season.
With its exquisite sweetness, acidity and slight bubbles, I can understand why it is the image of winter.
Easy to drink and delicious.
The junmai sake I had the day before was so good that I wanted to compare the two, so I bought it.
Fruity. Delicious.
I am definitely on course to become addicted to Akabu's swamp.
The same liquor store sells New Born Yamadanishiki and I want to buy it right now, but there is no space in my refrigerator.
Somehow they had various series at a nearby bar, so I bought a bottle to try it out.
It is very tasty, including the sharp aftertaste.
After I finish it, I would like to try the Junmai Ginjo and if it is good, I would like to try all the others in the series.
This is also delicious. It is a well-balanced sake with a refreshing taste.
It was the first Shinomine since I drank it at Kushira in Namba, but it was good.
