Otters that have been in your house for a long time: 🫶🏻 A presence that smells like a breeze from the moment you open the bottle ✨. It's delicious from the moment you put it in your mouth, of course, but it also has a nice aftertaste, a lingering taste ✨. Maybe this is what "umami" means! I drank 45% for the first time! It must have been polished a lot 💎. Also, I love pistachios so I had it with Venchi pistachio chocolates 💚✨. I want to continue to master the sake and pistachio combination: ☺️ 🔹Basic Information🔹. Too refreshing! It is truly light! It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so I wondered if it had a fruitiness to it. I thought so, but there wasn't! Really refreshing 🌬️☁️🧊 I had it at room temperature, but it might be even better cold! It's so refreshing that I dare to try it with smoked cheese or smoked ham! 🔹Basic Information Alcohol content】15度 Rice polishing ratio] 50%. Price] 720ml 1,650 yen Classification] Sake

Too mellow on the tongue. When I close my eyes and soak in the smell, for a moment I'm like, "Is this wine?" But it's not only wine-like, it also has an aftertaste! But it's not just wine-like, it's also a lingering aftertaste! Love the lingering sweetness ✨✨✨✨. If there are any "wine lovers who have never had sake", I would recommend it to them: 🫶🏻 Definitely goes well with fish or western food, but I would love to have it with sweets 🥧, like bavarois, pear jelly, pistachio mousse, etc. 🔹Basic Information🔹. Alcohol content】13度 Rice polishing ratio] 70%. Price】 720ml 1,320 yen Remarks] "Bianco" (white in 🇮🇹) and "koji" (malted rice) are the two words used to describe Biancozy! Bianco" is the word for "Bianco" and "Koji"! Interesting lol Remark②] This sake was released in 2024, so it's rather new!

First time drinking raw sake🎊 I drank 6 different kinds of sake that day and this was the best one 🍶. Delicious from the moment you put it in your mouth! The tingling sensation is very pleasant ✨. Also, I love how the word "Haneya" is glowing 💙🫧🩵❄️🌊 Goes well with the firefly squid (500 yen) we had together 🦑. Apparently it's marinated in Matsumoto fish wholesaler's offshore, koji-marinated, and soy-sauce-marinated malted rice! Luxury! I want to go to Toyama! 🔹Basic Information🔹. Alcohol content】16度 Rice polishing ratio] 60 Price】 720ml 1,870 yen Remarks] I heard it won a platinum award at the French sake competition "KURA MASTER"✨🇫🇷 As expected!

The sweetness of the wine and the mellowness of the sake were a perfect match: 🫶🏻 As someone who usually drinks wine, it was easy to drink! I was like! Also, I would love to have it with mushroom pizza🍄‍🟫🍕 I will master the wine yeast preparation... 🙇🏻‍♀️ (Photo right) Basic information 🔹🔹. It was my favorite type of mellow ✨gorgeous 🌷! If the "Junmai Ginjo" was "Pear Level 1🍐", the "Junmai Daiginjo" is like "Pear Level 2🍐🍐"! (I need to work on my vocabulary!) 📍 Kawagoe I compared 3 cups (30ml) for 500 yen! It's junmai ginjo so the aroma was pear-like and fruity 🍐🍶. It was the easiest to drink out of the 3 types! I like it! It was "Ise Jingu Goryoshu" which I received at the Tokyo Grand Shrine! I don't know how to describe it, I'm too much of a sake novice, but it was sweet (?)! It was delicious! Easy to drink! I'm going to study up and improve my vocabulary✨ Also, I drank it with Ise udon noodles, taro and spicy cod roe! Too delicious!
