A souvenir from a day trip to Atami. It is so well-known in Shizuoka that I had never thought to buy it before, but it is easy to drink, sweet, and has a ricey feel to it. I had always disliked drinking it, but this is a discovery. Next time, I will buy a four-pack.
On a trip to Odawara.
Fresh and fruity!
I thought it would have a strong hiyaoroshi flavor, but it was stored in the refrigerator, a spec that is not typical of hiyaoroshi.
With Odawara fish paste.
I see. This is what good sake is all about, isn't it?
It never makes a statement and always accompanies a meal. The sweetness and richness will keep you coming back for more. Warm it up and the full flavor comes out. The potential of this sake comes into full bloom. The trendy, beautiful sake is delicious, but this kind of traditional sake is captivating.
Young melon sensation. Sake that looks like it was brewed with very clean water. It has an "alcohol" taste, but it is easy to drink and tastes great. It is not too sweet and does not disturb the meal.
