Chilled to a crisp. Dry and chili. Easy to drink and light. You will gobble it up. It is light, but the sweetness spreads as the temperature rises.
Just right for summer.
Fresh, juicy, and sweet.
This sake is just like a dessert. There is a slight chirichiri-ness to it, and the change in temperature gives it a sake-like quality. I paired it with Nameko, but I think it would be better with Western food in a glass of wine.
The young melon sensation in the mouth fills the palate, and while it is dry, the sweetness of the aftertaste envelops it and it disappears quickly. It goes well with food even outside of summer, and you will be tempted to have another glass.
Suitable for summer. It is delicious chilled, crisp and dry. It is slightly carbonated with a hint of sweetness like green apple. Goes great with tuna and sea bream sashimi.
Fruity, juicy but dry mouthfeel. The fragrant aroma and just the right amount of acidity make it easy to pair with food.
At first, you may feel it is not enough, but as you continue drinking, you will find that it is just right. As one would expect from a famous sake.
From the full flavor of rice, melon, and back to rice. Good sake is good sake, regardless of the specs, such as honjozo. A sake that is good in terms of cosmetics, and I would like to pair it with sashimi.
It has a young, melon-like flavor that is hard to imagine from the robustness of the label. The slight alcohol taste also accompanies the meal as you continue to drink. It is just like a snowman carrying a traveler's luggage and guiding him along the way. It gently blends in with the meal. Sashimi of sea bream and firefly squid.
It is not too dry and has a moderate sweetness that makes it easy to drink. It enhances the taste of fish, and the umami of rice can be felt later. It is just right as a mid-meal drink.
