I got it from a friend of mine in Miyagi (^^) I requested a Junmai sake. Rice ratio is 65%, and it's a typical Japanese sake! Classic! It's delicious.

This is the first time I've had it, too. I don't know! It's just the beginning(^^) Solid Sake It tastes and drinks great! It says it's an innovative flat-milled rice. So I guess that's why I can feel the gusto and clarity, lol.
