It has a watery mouthfeel with an immediate alcohol taste, but the aftertaste is refreshing. Slightly light and slightly dry.
The aroma is modest, but the flavor and aroma of rice can be sensed.

I don't know why "Nabura" is not famous. It's cosy and I like the label.
The first sip after chilling and opening the bottle.
Freshness like pear and simple sake-like flavor. The aftertaste is dry and astringent. I would like people who don't like dry sake to drink this.
You can drink it at room temperature. It has a full-bodied taste. I tried heating it up, but personally I prefer it cold or at room temperature.
I couldn't find the price on the internet, but I think it's around 1,200 yen. Hidahomare is not sold online, but Yamadanishiki seems to be sold for about 1,900 yen.
Gyokusendo Shuzo, which makes Nabura, also makes "Lifen" and "Minogiku".
