Fruity, not too sweet, easy to drink. It was my first Fukkai, and I was right! Another brand I like.

They are sweet and aromatic. Eggy taste? Astringent taste? I think it's a bit astringent, but it's a bit dry.
Seems to go well with fish dishes.

It has a rich flavor, perhaps because it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, but it also has a nice balance of sharpness. Great with food or on its own.
