Like the Matsumidori sake we had at the same restaurant, this sake is a true sake! The taste of sake! Sweet and mellow aroma. A little stronger aroma and lingering aftertaste than the Matsumidori This sake is right in the middle of my favorites! Smooth silken tofu and horse mackerel tataki were perfect accompaniments!

Personally, I think it is straight and true sake! Strong flavor, moderate sweetness, and high aroma! My favorite!
