Purchased at Yamamoto Sake Shop in Shimanto
Sake with a berry-like fruity and sour taste.
It has a nice sharpness at the same time, with fruitiness at first, then a warm feeling of sake gradually spreading on the palate.
There is not much of a lingering aftertaste.
Less peculiar and less alcoholic than junmai sake, and easy to drink.
