This is a test brew of Gagakuyo. I had high expectations since it uses white malted rice, but as expected, it has a muscat-like acidity and is like a wine. And yet it is dry.

The aroma is characterized by a lactic acidic aroma drink that is typical of lemon and namaoto, a sweet and sour taste reminiscent of lactic acid beverages, and a pleasant gaseous taste.
After a thick sweetness, acidity, and umami, it finishes with a refreshing grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness.
