☆ Looking at the label, it is limited to 600 bottles. How rare. It's my first time drinking it, but it's Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered undiluted sake, so how could it not be good? We opened the bottle with a popping sound. It has an elegant taste. The sake rice is Kitashizuku from Hokkaido, the same as the other day's Sanshizakura, by coincidence. 2021.04

☆ This year's Haginotsuru has a Neko Distance label. It means that cats are also social distance. The message on the back says "People who love cats and sake are all good people. Although it was brewed once, it is very soft on the palate, and the aroma and sweetness spreads in the mouth immediately after the tangy taste. The sake cup is made by Nozomi Nishino. I think the cylindrical shape matches the cat on the label.

☆ The Sanzen櫻 brewery which was in Nakatsugawa of Gifu. It was moved to Hokkaido, wasn't it? Stylish label is fresh. The sake rice is made from 100% Kitashizuku. The aroma that goes through the nose is good, and the taste of the rice is also good. Rice polishing ratio 55%. Alcohol content 15 degrees 2021.04
