Looking at the label, it is limited to 600 bottles. How rare.
It's my first time drinking it, but it's Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered undiluted sake, so how could it not be good?
We opened the bottle with a popping sound. It has an elegant taste.
The sake rice is Kitashizuku from Hokkaido, the same as the other day's Sanshizakura, by coincidence.
