The sourness and carbonation are irresistible! Maybe it goes better with rice than the x-type. I think it goes better with rice than the x-type, though I feel this one has more of a tangy taste when compared to the x-type. Maybe that's why it goes better with snacks? Maybe it goes well with cheese!

The sake I was so impatient for...!
The clarity was outstanding! Cold sake is good, but I was more impressed with the taste when it came closer to cold! The aroma was sweet, and the carbonation was quite strong. It's so clear it's almost like water!
The aftertaste was clean, but the sourness and sweetness were complex and full, so it was easy to drink, but since we were limited to one glass per person, we had to leave it until the end.
