It has a sharpness. I tried it on New Year's Eve soba noodles, pouring it over them. The next day it was easy to drink. No habit of sweetness. Like the catchphrase, a spring sunset, soothing.

Shirafuji Brewery puts it in a UV-cut film bag to show the brewer's thoughtfulness. It is said to be easy to drink, with an alcohol content of 13 degrees Celsius. I'm afraid I'm going to drink it too quickly, but I'm not.

Family Mart in Saitama, I didn't know they had this stuff. It's so easy to drink! The menu of "izakaya at home" is chilled tofu simmered wax gourd and chicken

Shrimp mayo, avocado and mozzarella, poke, squid and cucumber covered with scallions. The spicy sake accentuates the dishes. Except for the poke, the rest of the dishes were bought side dishes. Additions Chiba Fresh Shirasu (baby sardines) marinated offshore is so delicious! Goes well with sake.

Kick, but banana flavor. Sourness makes me wonder if it would go well with strong food. This is the second time I've had it. I know the label is different. I wonder if it's bad to drink with salt Is it because of the full moon?

It seems to have a sour taste. I have never had this type of drink before. The snack was freshly pickled shirasu (baby sardines) from Chiba, with some garlic in it.
