Recently seeking a super dry taste Slight sweetness Clean and easy to drink It's even more refreshing and spicy when paired with garlic shrimp or other snacks. Garlic would go well with it. Note: Surprisingly goes well with chocolate 💝. The salted bonito was not my favorite combination. Garlic shrimp is my favorite combination so far! I think my favorite would be the last Yonezuru Super Dry Daiginjo. It was already sold out, so I went with this one, but it is definitely dry. It is crystal clear.

It has a sharpness. I tried it on New Year's Eve soba noodles, pouring it over them. The next day it was easy to drink. No habit of sweetness. Like the catchphrase, a spring sunset, soothing.
