In Osaka, Haretoke sells this sake, but I've never had it because of its dry and heated atmosphere 😁.

(3) Simaneya & Minami Pacific
Shimaneya opened late at 3:00 p.m., so we decided to go in.
As the name suggests, Simaneya is a restaurant serving Shimane sake and snacks.

This is a record from a while ago, but it is a sake from Shimane, where my father's parents live. I bought it when I went home for New Year's because it was my father's favorite brand.
It has the richness of an aged sake, but is dry to the taste. It has a calm and dry taste that disappears quickly.

For the first time in the new year, I decided to use the red color of Big Boss for good luck.
Big Boss said that if I become a director, there will be no more Shinkoro, so I thought it was a good idea!
It's very dry with a wholesome graininess.
It has a mild sweetness like mirin.
When warmed, it has a nice grainy aroma.
The bones are thick even when it is cold, and when it is warmed, it becomes even more chunkier.
The rate of TV Tokyo during the year-end and New Year's holidays is incredibly high, and it's almost all about drinking sake with Gourmet of Solitude and Let Me Recharge!
If there were no sake, it would be a boring New Year's, but with sake, it's a great New Year's!
