A sweet, apple-scented sake. It is not a typical Daisetsukei sake, but I like it. Directly pumped from the limited server during the brewery opening. It is fresh and crisp. I think it goes well with Sanzokuyaki.
Azumino Ikeda-machi Sake Brewery Festival 2025 5/24 10:00-16:00 Daisukei and Fukugen in Ikeda-machi opened their breweries for the first time in 6 years.
The Daisetsueki venue was very lively with a live performance by a singer from Nagano Prefecture and many oily stalls. The brewery tours were good with quite professional explanations. There were 14(!) free tastings and 7 paid tastings. It is interesting that the more expensive the tasting is, the more delicious it is.
The fresh amazake (sweet sake) that they serve is delicious.
I'm sure there are some people who went to the same event as the Kamidori brewery opening, but I couldn't make it.
