Aroma of dried fruits. Mild mouthfeel, subtle sweetness, saliva-stimulating acidity astringency. Quite yellow.
I was worried because it had been stored at room temperature for three years without the right time to open it, but I was relieved to find that it tasted surprisingly good.
I bought it at a souvenir shop in Tokorozawa Sakura Town a few years ago.
It was made by Tenranzan in Hanno, as there is no sake brewery in Tokorozawa.
Although Tokorozawa is the birthplace of aviation, it is not a town where people come all the way from other places, but suddenly an installation spot called the Kadokawa Museum has appeared, and I am looking forward to its future.
