the Bank of Japan's quarterly Short-term Economic Survey of Principal Enterprise in Japan Ginjo aroma like maitake mushroom. Soft. It is dry but has the sweetness of rice. There is an astringent taste at the end. When served with a meal, the ginjo aroma enhances the taste. Purchased at a sake brewery on the day of the Firefly Festival. It was raining. Tatsumaru label commemorating the 70th anniversary of Tatsuno Town, limited to 700 bottles. At a glance, it is hard to believe it is pre-dawn. Inside is a regular sake, Tatsunogin.

Fine effervescence. Aromas of rice and lactic acid. Sweet and creamy. Moderate bitterness. A dangerous sake that is easy to drink despite its 18% alcohol content. I buy this sake every year because I associate the time of year it goes on sale with the time I change my tires. This year, too, I changed my tires and bought it at a sake brewery. This is the third time I've posted about Sake-no-wa. The brewery opening in May this year was a 160th anniversary project, so next year is undecided.

Pear-like aroma. Soft, light and dry. Sourness and umami. Bitterness at the end. Delicious when well chilled. Purchased at the brewery opening on May 11. A limited edition commemorating the 160th anniversary of the Ono Sake Brewery. It may still be sold at some distributors. The rice is Yamadanishiki produced locally in Tatsuno. The water is from the underground water of Mt. The eye-catching picture on the label was drawn by Atsushi Hagiri, a manga artist from Kita Ono (currently serialized in Shonen Sunday), in the image of a toji (master brewer)! The "Z" represents the desire to reach out to the Z generation. What a surprise.

Dear Jay & Nobby. Thank you very much. I was grinning as I matched the Kishi no Matsu (very rare sake) with the 200 CI and the Nagano 100 CI. It is a good way to enjoy not only capturing the thoughts of the sake makers but also finding the meaning for yourself.

Soooooooooooo good. Sweet aroma and soft mouthfeel, flows in as much as you want. IWC 2023 Daiginjo Trophy Sake. Ono Sake Brewery's 160th Anniversary Storehouse Opening: Dawn Festival in the village of Takonome on May 11 and 12. DJ played music and local restaurants opened stalls. The weather was beautiful and the crowd was quite large. Local junior high school students are helping out and their guilt is hidden. The tasting tickets (10 tickets for 1500 yen) are very economical, and they pour the wine into the glass. The extra 600 yen for this daiginjo is well worth it. It is so cheap. We also had a tour of the brewery and were told about the extraordinary attention to detail. After all, pre-dawn tastes good.

Slightly effervescent. It has the sweetness of rice, but it is surprisingly dry. Mild with a dark, muddy color. Apple aroma. In general, it is delicious. It has a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius. Purchased at a sake brewery. New sake. It's so cold. It's snowing. It was 1 degree Celsius in the afternoon. Every year when it's time to change tires, I remember and buy new tires. I will continue this regular observation.

Apple-like aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Maybe in the dry category, but it has a sweet aroma and flavor. A little bitterness. The area between Shiojiri and Tatsuno is quite tranquil. The scenery gives an image of good water. Congratulations on the IWC Junmai Ginjo Gold Medal. This is the raw sake version. I like it.
