Number of bottles produced: 936 It is full of fruitiness, and at -30% Sake, it is sweet but not too extreme or unpleasant. It's a true muscat fruity 🍇. Easy to drink and goes fast 🤣. With the help of Professor Kaneko of Okayama University of Science, this sake was experimentally brewed at Kamishin Brewery using yeast isolated from "Muscat of Alexandria," a specialty of Okayama Prefecture and the queen of fruits. As a result, the alcohol content was limited to 12%, but the lightness, beautiful acidity from the yeast, and elegant sweetness made for a fruity, easy-drinking sake reminiscent of Muscat. I want to be a man who understands the taste of classic sake... In early summer, sake breweries hold a "first drinking out" to check the state of maturity of their sake. This sake is a special limited edition sake made by selecting the best sake from the junmai ginjo-shu sealed off at the "Hatsu-nomikiri" by member stores of the Japan Famous Sake Brewers' Association. Junmai Daiginjo with fresh yogurt from the Chokai foothills🤭. Just right for a day off from drinking 🫣. Drink yogurt for adults 🔞. The BAR "Yoko" is run in a mountain hut at the foot of Chokai Mountain. It opens only on weekends when fresh yogurt is available. But even on those weekends, most of the customers are closed. The thick yogurt liquor with a sour taste is a must for anyone who has tried it once. Once you try it, you will be hooked. (Although the yogurt may be what the customers are looking for.) Standing 4 drinks ☺️. Rare sake Nirugame 🐢. It felt lighter than I imagined, but that's Shinsei, it was delicious👍 Nirugame is a sake made from rice that has not been polished very much. It is said that rice used for sake usually needs to be polished down to about 70% to make a good sake (e.g., less than 50% for daiginjo). However, the rice used for this sake is about the same as that used for food, with a milling ratio of 90%. Moreover, it is brewed using the same method as in the Edo period (Edo period, 1603-1867), with a sake yeast yeast and no additives, so the rich natural flavors can be fully appreciated. It is a sake with a deep bosom, so please enjoy it at any temperature you like. Sake soaking satisfaction: 🍶🍶🍶🍶

ちょいと角打ち2杯目🥈 これまたガス感、甘さ共に良し👍 ウマウマでした😄 熊本城復興祈念酒2021 熊本城の被害総額634億円。 2016年4月14日(木)21時26分、国内観測史上4例目及び5例目となる「震度7」を観測した大きな地震が熊本県で発生しました。「加藤清正公」が改築したとされている名城「熊本城」も、「石垣・425億円」+「重要文化財建造物・72億円」+「再建・復元建造物及びその他公園施設」の総額634億円もの甚大な被害に見舞われ、地震前の状態にする為には20年の歳月が必要とも言われており、まだまだ再建までの道程には長い状態にあります。蔵としては地震後に小規模ながらも様々なご支援をさせて頂きましたが、これからこそより多くの皆様お力添えが必要と想うに至り、熊本県産の「森のくまさん」と言うお米を醸したお酒を「ドネーション・プロジェクト」として立ち上げました。本商品の売上の一部より、今後継続型として熊本城の復興に対し、直接寄付をさせて頂きます。勿論、皆様の直接のご支援も宜しくお願い申し上げます。 酒浸り満足度:🍶🍶🍶🍶

Slightly gassy Clear, delicate flavor typical of daiginjos👍 Delicious 😆. My father trained at Meiri Sake Brewery. Instructed by Mr. Chikara Ogawa who discovered "Ogawa Yeast". Call it fate or a mission. We are devoted to brewing sake with this yeast. In order to achieve a smooth and aromatic sake Fermentation is extended for 5 days longer than the existing time of unprocessed yeast. Five days is a long time for yeast! We don't aim for the "modern" style. Rather than "the latest", we aim to create sake that is "just like us". Sake soaking satisfaction: 🍶🍶🍶🍶
