The first shot of the three-star extravaganza 😁. I would buy this liquor just for the label 🤣. The theme of the label is with Michaelis. The extra edition of Sanryusei is produced in the 2022 sake brewing year. This year's theme is the "Koji" series, which was finally realized. The first one is "Shiro Koji" which is often used for shochu. The future of local sake we are aiming for. A new door that opens up new possibilities for us. Go beyond the three stars! The tenderness is so good that you will become addicted to it❗️ This is a private brand product for member stores of Japan Famous Sake Association (Okanaga Co., Ltd.), and we have been producing it for about 10 years at their request to make a dark nigori-shu. The process is a secret, but it is a thick nigorizake with more than half the height of a bottle of oli when it precipitates. It has a texture like yogurt, but it is not too sweet and has a refreshing taste that you may become addicted to. No.6 of Xmas that I managed to drink 🎄. Unquestionably good ❗️ Brewed with sake rice produced in Akita Prefecture using pure rice brewing with the Rokugou yeast. Our brewery is dedicated to the pure sake brewing process using the pure rice yeast from the traditional sake brewing method in order to maximize the appeal of the ingredients. We do not use the following additives that are not required to be labeled even if used: acids (such as brewing lactic acid), inorganic salts (such as potassium nitrate), and enzymes (such as amylase). It is said to be exclusively for heating sake. It tastes great on a cold winter campout 😍. The bamboo tube creates a great atmosphere. Beyond the conventional framework of Kaze no Mori, we pursue the possibilities of sake with our original technology. A deepened version of Kaze no Mori, combining the traditional temple brewing technique Bodai-hashiro with modern technology. ALPHA 5 is a Kaze no Mori to be enjoyed with warmed sake. The acidity and amino acids derived from Bodai yeast give the taste complexity and a sense of depth. In addition, we brewed it with 10-year-old sake and ALPHA5 from the previous year as part of the brewing water, adding a depth that only years of aging can create. Please enjoy the change in flavor when refrigerated and when warmed. Sake soaking satisfaction: 🍶🍶🍶🍶
