Brewed with sake rice produced in Akita Prefecture using pure rice brewing with the Rokugou yeast.
Our brewery is committed to the pure sake brewing process to express the charm of the ingredients to the fullest. We do not use any of the following additives that are not required to be labeled even if they are used: acids (such as brewing lactic acid), inorganic salts (such as potassium nitrate), and enzymes (such as amylase).
