This is a prototype made by Yao Honten of "Chichibu Nishiki", and the catch is that it is different from the previous Chichibu Nishiki. It has a high aroma, so much so that even if it were called Junmai Ginjo, you wouldn't be able to tell it was a Junmai Ginjo! It was quite a nice sake!

☀️ The rice flavor 🌾 spreads out slowly, followed by a slight bitterness 😝. It has almost no sweetness, but you don't feel any alcohol either, so it's easy to drink. This may be the real thing 😄.
