Kaze no Mori秋津穂 657

I love Kaze no Mori and have had 8 different kinds, but I have never actually had the basic Akitsuho 657!
The reason is that I thought I could buy it anytime I wanted. The reason was that I thought it would always be available and that it would be the same as the first Akitsuho 807 I drank. I thought it was the same as the Akitsuho 807 I drank for the first time.

After all, it's the most delicious!
Elegant sweetness, balanced acidity and bitterness. The very basic taste!
Personally, I liked the 807 better, but I knew I mustn't lose this flavor that has been loved for a long time.
My son made boiled rice, which he recently learned in home economics class, and we enjoyed it with that today!
