I stopped by my favorite liquor store on my way home from work.
I found a bottle of Jikin!
But it's only in one bottle, and it won't fit in our refrigeration system...
But, it's winter, and I can keep it in the cold room! I bought it!
It was a good decision to buy it! It's still delicious!
It was a little gentler than the unfiltered one I drank before! Fruity and not too sweet! Aroma! I'm glad I can enjoy it longer than my usual four-pack!
Eleven years ago today, I was having my first and last sakishin with my mother who passed away last year. How I remember it!

I'm just living the moment to the fullest!
Because, a good sake is the happiest thing in the world!
