On the way back from a trip, I bought this at Michi no Eki Itsuki (Roadside Station). This is the first time I've tried Manrei Karatsu sake. It is a very drinkable junmai sake with the feel of a man's sake. It has a good balance of acidity, fullness and sharpness. I will drink the rest of it lukewarm.

On the way to Hirado, I selected and purchased this sake from a tasting at the Kururyu Sake Brewery. It has a Sake strength of +1, but the alcohol content is also high at 17 degrees, so it is sweet, sour, and drinkable. After drinking a lot of modern sake, it is nice to have a fresh sake like this one. It is happy when you find a sake you like after tasting it on a trip, isn't it?

I was going to drink it with my daughter, but I couldn't. So I opened the bottle by myself. A souvenir bought by an acquaintance of my wife in her image. First drinking of Okawa's famous sake. It has a slight tangy taste with a clean and sharp taste. Even after drinking it 3 days later, the tanginess was still there. I am a little hesitant to buy it myself, but thanks for the gift!

It is described as a "sharp Junmai-shu," but it tastes like a traditional sake, with a full flavor of rice. The taste is what I personally call Kurokenrishi-style. It has more acidity and sweetness than Kurokenbishi. Best served warm!

I was able to get one bottle left at the end of last year! When I opened the bottle, it was quite a bit schwarzier and felt spicier than I expected (even though I like spiciness), but after about 3 days, I was convinced it was good. After about 3 days, I was satisfied with the taste. It was a bit dry than I expected (even though I like dry sake), but after 3 days, I was satisfied with the taste. If you like nigori sake because it is sweet, you may be disappointed, but if you like dry junmai sake like I do, this nigori is perfect for you.

My daughter-in-law brought this second brand of Urakasumi for New Year's. It has a junmai-like flavor that is hard to believe it is a honjozo sake, and I wonder if the sharpness of the aftertaste is due to the honjozo quality.　It was a delicious sake with a delicious umakuchi taste that was easy to drink due to its modest character 🍶.

First Kamo Nishiki. A famous sake from Niigata. Junmai Ginjo like Junmai Sake. It is not fruity, but a junmai ginjo for sake lovers. Well-balanced with acidity, fullness, and sharpness!

Purchased at Seijo Ishii in Jiyugaoka. I was so excited to see that brewer Kuheiji was available at Seijo-Ishii. I had an image that it was expensive, but this one was about 1,800 yen. I thought it would be sweeter, but I was pleasantly surprised. It has a good balance of slight tanginess, richness of rice, sweetness, and spiciness! I was convinced that it was not overshadowed by its name.

The first Kouei Chrysanthemum! It was at a ryokan in Shimabara and I ordered it without hesitation. What a stylish glass 🥂 (for me)! It tastes like white wine with a clean and crisp taste. It's not my favorite type of sake, but the taste is still memorable even after a long time, and I want to drink it again. Laughing, Saga is proud of its sake٩٩__(๑'ᴗ'๑)۶.
