I bought it because it was a sake from Fukui, which is not often seen. +It seems drier than the online description of +2. It has a slightly stronger acidity and a hint of rice flavor. It is not what one would call a watery sake, but rather a good balance of being refreshing while being drinkable. I was surprised to find that many sake from Fukui have a dragon on the bottle.

ボビバレ
Purchased at a liquor store in Lalaport Fukuoka. I hesitated to buy a sake from Fukuoka, but Saga was the one for me! It is made from 100% Saga-biyori rice. As it says on the back, this is a banana type sake. I think it is a unique sake and a good accent.

First Kido! Fruity but with a sake feel. I'm sure it will be well received by women, but it is well-balanced enough to convince even sake-loving old men. I wish my daughter could drink it too!

Sake from Oki Island in Shimane. I'd like to go there at least once. It's been a long time since I've had alsobe sake. I can drink it easily and refreshingly.

I would like to try other Nagano wines, but the third bottle, Toyokaka, is so good in terms of cost performance and never misses the mark, I just buy it. The orikori is not that much, but the tanginess, freshness, and umami of the rice keep coming, and it finishes with a slightly dry impression! It was delicious.

A yellowish junmai sake suitable for warming. Tottori's Fuminomi (Flay! Flay!). Flavor!) (Hure! Hure!) from Tottori, but it may be a little mellower than that. I was amazed at the variety of flavors in junmai sake. The acidity is also a little milder than that of Hurray! but it may be a little mellower than that. Junmai sake is the opposite of fruity.

I bought it for 1,200 yen at the sake corner of a local market, not at a liquor store, at a 40% discount because it was more than one year old. This brewery's sake is rarely sold in the prefecture. It is a dry dark male sake. It has almost no ginjo flavor and is recommended for those who like dry junmai.

The cold-ripened Shichida, which we couldn't buy last year, is the next step after the autumn harvest! It has a tangy, rich, umakuchi taste. Shichida is personally one of the best sake representing Kyushu (as of December 2023, lol)! (as of December 2023, lol)

Purchased at a roadside station in Tottori, Nichinan Hinogawa no Sato. I wasn't intrigued by the regional version alone, but I bought it because it is sake made by the Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery. I also bought rice here, and that rice is delicious! I drank this sake with high expectations. It is highly polished rice (55%) for a special junmai sake, but the flavor of the rice is very good, and it is also refreshing and tasty! The sake has a sake meter of about +1. It's a little sweet, but I guess that's just the way I like it. Sake sold only in the countryside. Thanks for meeting us ^_^.

I bought it at half price. I don't dislike it because it tastes and feels like a vector of the Drunken Whale Special Junmai, and it was a good deal.

You read it as "furei". Sake that is quite yellow in color. Sake of the type where the acidity stands out considerably. No fruity flavor at all. It tastes best when it's heated up and cooled down. I don't know what to call this taste. I wonder if this is also a taste of old-fashioned sake.

Purchased at a roadside station in Hiroshima. It has the softest water feel of any sake I've ever had. No lie in the soft water dryness! It was delicious cold (room temperature) and lukewarm.

Purchased while driving in the Chugoku region. It is not as good as Sakurafukiyuki, but it has a slightly tangy taste with a pleasantly spicy aftertaste. Sake made by a female toji is never bad! (Just my personal opinion).

Purchased at a roadside station in Okayama. I was so happy when I found it because it was the only one I could find in Okayama. It is better at room temperature than out of the fridge. It has both sharpness and flavor. It has both a sharp and tasty taste, with a spicy aftertaste. I like the label.

Purchased at a roadside station in Higashi-Hiroshima City. I wondered if Hiroshima's local sake awareness is at the city level rather than the prefectural level, and experienced the power of the best sake brewery in the area near Kyushu. Kamo Kanehide's Kinko's Sake Brewery. Take it out of the fridge and drink. Oh! Tangy! It cuts through quickly, and the umami of the rice can be felt smoothly. This is the kind of sake that makes you drink too much. Slightly lighter than Amami Junmai (more refreshing)

Purchased on a roadside station drive in the Chugoku region, Part 3 ^^^ Oh! There is Jiameishin! And bought it. This one has a Sake Degree of -5, which is quite dry for a Kamishin sake. I first tried it cold, but it tasted better in the refrigerator. It was not a "wow" moment for me, but it was a good taste! I didn't find anything that made me think, "Oh!

Chugoku Region Drive Part 2. A female toji. This is the third sake from Tsuji Honten. It tasted surprisingly old-fashioned, but I drank it cold, so I will try it chilled in a refrigerator.

This is the first review of a large quantity of sake that I purchased on a recent road trip to Tottori, Okayama, and Hiroshima. This is the second Takayuu I've had, following the last time I had a cup of strong sake. This one is good too! It is deliciously dry. The mildness is hard to believe it is 50% polished rice. It also has a refreshing taste. I drank it cold, but I think I can also enjoy it warmed up.

I bought it because it was sold at a store where I went to buy steamed buns in the countryside of Kumamoto (Hiyayogoshi was sold out). It is called "Classic" and tastes like Kuromatsu Kenrishi-type, but I thought it was easier to drink than Kenrishi-type. It has a great umami flavor. It tastes better when warmed up to lukewarm. The label is pretty cool.

Purchased at Kotani Sake Shop. This is the second Kakuemon I have been looking for in Autumn Agari. It is 55% polished rice, but the taste is gentle rather than fruity, with a pleasant ripeness and a subdued acidity. +It is rated +2, but I think it is also good for dry sake lovers. I wonder if other sake from Akita is also delicious.
