I went on a trip with my family from Okayama to Tottori to Shimane, so I bought a fair amount of sake. The Tottori strong sake rice has a strong umami flavor, which I like. This sake is also junmai ginjo, but it is not fruity, and you can enjoy a strong sense of rice. The slightly strong acidity is also good.
